i recieved heatrash through the post and lots of “sorry you weren’t in” forms which have destroyed my lay in tomorrow as the redelivery is at 9am. everyone is so nice at sixth form and i’ve had such a nice day as it’s been so christmassy, in art we were playing xmas hits and read the dolls house in english (kinda christmassy). i exchanged gifts with my pals giving hannah her ‘edward cullen belly bar’ and receiving socks with pugs on from anya!!!! then i did xmas shopping and stationary lusting with patsy n callum, bought new hoop earrings! it’s supposed to snow tomorrow apparently, i need to get billys xmas present and lots of other bits. i might even make xmas cards SeeIN JULia cHRiSTmaS on mondAY!!!
mum and dad said they would give me money so i can buy supplies so i can make lots of things in the summer, tshirts, bunting, jewellery, cards (not sure yet) and spend lots of time at craft fairs. Going to purchase this book too which looks beautiful, i’m lusting over so many things my amazon basket has reached it’s peak at £104+
i honestly can’t wait for school to be over and summer to hurry up, i keep adding things which are way out of reach to my ‘to do in summer’, because 14 weeks seems like a lifetime…. (perhaps i should leave the novel till another summer holiday)
it’s officially christmas in norwich too!
i still resent the council for stopping the ice rink and putting a naff tree and carousel up but it looks really pretty at night and is only £2 to ride so i think i’ll have to do that next weekend. There are lights everywhere and carols playing through the arcade, and i probably will go carol singing too, it’s the season for goodwill after all.
today, i got the bus and as it pulled into the pub my dad and all his drunken mates got on which was er..fun.. and i was on the phone to cem as the bus pulled into the stop, he was telling me what i was wearing, and made me stand outside argos and wave, only to see him, jordan and lily sitting in the second floor of starbucks staring out the window at me. Sat there for a while talking, and it was really nice to see them, got a text from my mum “hi just bought u torch 1 that u strap 2 yr head” er, ok. Then Sarah came with Josh and we partied, but they had to go so Cem and i went to the awesome shop and looked at the Ferets again, and took it around the shop stroaking it… we found tons of typewriters and cameras, (& will smith switch cd haha) Cem started playing a banjo he found and i also saw a beautiful bike, it’s the best shop ever. The picture is me with my feret, which i WILL buy when i have £24…anyway, then we went to the river and decided we’d make noises at swans and they kept hissing at us…..Then we went to hmv and i sat in the kids section watching nanny mcphee and looking at the scooby doo box set, i have nothing to do tonight… so i’ll probably be watching eurovision and giving commentary on msn, er, rubysmith@hotmail.co.uk
